Hardware Replacement
NetSumo provides a range of hardware and software maintenance products from well known vendors. All of our maintenance programs are in conjunction with the vendors, so there’s no worry about replacement parts from outside official channels. We are also able to supply sell-through support so you can deal directly with the vendors.
Our service includes:
- Central point of contact for Brocade, Juniper and Cisco hardware replacement services
- Providing Juniper J-Care, Cisco SmartNet, Brocade Support and a more cost effective service through our own branded service, SumoCare, provided through our partners for Official Cisco and Brocade Care services
- Ongoing support through our 24/7 Network Operations Centre with diagnostics, response to hardware failures and equipment replacement by our trained engineers
