Many of these clients also use our 24/7 Network Operations Centre for expert remote support, monitoring and emergency response, staffed by our technical team. In addition we can act as your own customer Technical Help Desk, answering in your name. This service is based in Sheffield, so no language problems!
Often we work as an extension of our clients’ IT departments, increasing their engineering strength and capabilities. Sometimes we work direct with clients’ project managers. The choice is yours depending on your structure or objectives.
